This product works well.

I could feel the effect and change in my hotoflashes and sleep pattern within 5 days, and as time went on It got better and better.

After 2 month I felt so good i decided to only take it once a day and so I have for 1 year now and it works really well. I ran out this last spring and neglected to reorder, was thinking maybe I dont need it anymore, but I do! was off it for about 4 weeks and it was noticeable , especially the sleep!
