CAN THE DOSAGE BE INCREASED?

We have seen that, in some women, an increase of the dosage to three capsules per day, taking two when the relief is most needed, has been shown to be beneficial.

 

Therefore, if the symptoms are stronger during the day, two capsules should be taken in the morning and one in the evening for a week. If the symptoms are more difficult at night, the morning dose should remain at one capsule with the increased dosage taken in the evening.

 

There is no risk in taking a larger dose, and the dosage can be reduced back to two capsules a day once improvement in the symptoms is felt. Please note that it is crucial that Femarelle® be taken twice a day regardless of the dosage.
