IS IT POSSIBLE TO OPEN THE FEMARELLE® CAPSULE AND TAKE ONLY THE CONTENT WITH WATER?

The capsule protects the active ingredient from the high acidity of the stomach, which may destroy it, so we recommend not opening the capsules.

However, if taking the powder alone relieves your symptoms, you may continue taking Femarelle® this way. Instead of putting it in water, though, we recommend that is be taken on a spoon with some yogurt that will ease the swallowing of the powder.
